Dear Highland Park: The Pittsburgh Garbage Olympics calls on your participation! We're kicking off our 4th biannual clean-up on Saturday September 21st from 9 - 11 AM! Join neighbors, friends and family members to brighten up our streets and keep litter out of our waterways and sewers. We'll be "competing" against the other neighborhoods in the city to see who can clean-up the most garbage in the two hour time frame. OR, use the time to meet new friends / neighbors, get some exercise or just to enjoy the outside weather! *When: *Saturday September 21, 2019 from 9 - 11 AM *Who: *Highland Park Neighbors, Businesses, and Friends (Adults and Children are welcome) *Where: *Start / End at Fulton Elementary *Interested in Participating / Donating Supplies: *Contact Justin Sandherr at Justin.Sandherr(a)Gmail.com There will also be a closing ceremony at Threadbare Cider & Mead at Noon (please see the flyer). A monthly meetup where women come together and practice: *celebrating themselves and one-another *sharing openly what's on their hearts/minds *listening with presence -meaning without giving advice/trying to fix *gently redirecting the focus from our busy minds back into the wisdom of our bodies messages via guided body scans/meditations *All of this is done is safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere* *Who* is it for? Women ages 18 and older who feel drawn to these sessions. We encourage adult women of all age ranges. 18 is not too young and 90 is not too old. ALL races and ethnicities are welcomed and encouraged to join. Please share this event with your friends/family who may be interested. There will be an optional social hangout afterward. We will start promptly at 6:30 pm. Please make sure you are on time. **The event is located in the Kenmawr building. Which is a big apartment complex (see event description for location.) Curb alert - free shag area rug

Just an FYI/ curb alert. Currently in front of our house on Hampton St. Approximately 9x12 Mohawk shag area rug. - Gently used, spring green color. - Smoke free home - NOT a pet free home ( Cats - No soiling, etc. 'Just some allergy info. ) Good for a cheery playroom or bedroom. 'Only thought to take a pic after I’d rolled it up, of course. Also includes some free dust bunnies. Cheers! Andrea
