Greetings! Yoga in the park is a wonderful way to enjoy a summer morning! Come and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, the songs of birds, and enjoy a gentle and strengthening yoga practice in the shade! Our Tuesday yoga class will meet at 8 a.m. to the right of the fountain amongst the late summer blooms. Enjoy a yoga flow which includes gentle warmups, stretching, strengthening and balancing poses. What a lovely way to begin a summer morning! All are welcome! *In the event of rain*, we will meet at the First United Presbyterian Church 5401 Centre Ave. Shadyside 15232, entering through the Fellowship Hall entrance (follow the signs for yoga). There is free parking in the lot off of Centre Ave. Class is from 8 to 9 a.m. and the cost is $10. Please bring a mat. I hope you can join us!
