HVAC and exterior painting recommendations

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations (good or bad) for an HVAC contractor and exterior painter? I am interested in having a separate heating/cooling system on our 3rd floor in terms of the HVAC. The exterior painting is a small-moderate job. Thanks, Evan Adelstein

Hey all, I'm selling a practically brand new 16GB iPad mini 2 (this guy, the wi-fi only version: Apple - iPad mini 2 - Technical Specifications). I bought it a few months ago because I was in Colombia and my laptop went on the fritz. Purchased from Colombia's version of the Apple store, still have the original receipt and (slightly worn) packaging. My laptop actually started working again the day before I bought the iPad, so I have used it probably a total of 5 times. I'm selling it because I never really wanted it in the first place. Sells new from the Apple store, Target, etc. for $299, I'm asking for $200. Valentine's Day gift?! Let me know if you're at all interested or if you have any questions. Thanks for reading!

Jeff here from Home PC Repairs. I've been reading about a new threat, called ransom ware. It is not a virus per se., rather it encrypts all your files on your hard drive making it impossible to recover them without paying the "ransom" to get the unlock key. As of right now, the only way to guarantee your data safety is to back it up to external media or to cloud storage. If you have any questions, contact me. As always I provide support for all pc's.

Beautiful Birdseye maple twin sleigh bed with claw foot detail on foot board. Rocker and desk chair to match. Rocker has some damage to the back insert so I'll include at no cost. Asking $150 for everything Solid wood bed frame and 2 matching chairs. Bed includes wooden side rails and would slats. You just need box spring and mattress.
