Free IKEA full size wooden bed with mattress from pet-free, smoke-free, clean home. You pick up from 1437 N. Saint Clair Street Highland Park (near the park, first row house next to Park Lane apartment building). Mattress is inner spring futon folded in half for carrying. Good condition. No stains. Wood frame is from IKEA http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S19009821/ and has been finished with non-toxic shellac and comes with slatted bed base. Got a new bed and want to get rid of this ASAP. Thank you.

*Below is our original post: just to clarify we had a heating engineer design our heating and a/c system and our house is designed with two heating and cooling zones. The two furnaces are/have been installed as well as central air.* Hi Neighbors, It's not too late! After a quiet a restful fall/winter we are again preparing our house for sale and aren't quite ready to list it yet, but we wanted to give HPers first dibs again. We listed it briefly in August of last year but decided to wait and give our kids one more school year here in Pittsburgh. We will be listing it with a realtor in March but if we find someone before then we'd be happy to work out a 'sale by owner'. We live in Mellon's Orchard neighborhood between East Liberty and Highland park at 5707 Rippey St. Our home is new construction, 2700 square feet (not including the basement), custom built in 2005. It has 5/6 roomy bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large basement with 8' ceilings,Superior walls (water-tight and insulated) basement. Fantastic housekeeper!

Our long-time cleaning lady still has a couple of days she is looking to fill. As I said in the last post, Bobbie has worked for my fiance for years, & does a great job. She is energetic, hard-working, cheerful, & a joy to have around the house. If asked she will also do anything out of the ordinary range of housekeeper duties—cleaning the refrigerator or oven, washing windows, etc. She never leaves my house without washing the basement floor. The Highland ParkCommunity Council (HPCC) is planning our first ever homeowner resource fair, Love Your Home, on Saturday,2/21/15. HPCC’s goal for the event is tohelp educate our community at large on home improvements, general homemaintenance, navigating city processes and innovative approaches to enhancingthe value of our homes. This event isFREE to all Highland Park residents and we invite all to attend. Inconnection with the event, we have created a series of homeowner renovationstories, including before and after photos of each project. Project# 2: Powder Room Addition Challenge: After purchasing the house in 2013, the homeowners decided to add amuch needed powder room to their main floor. After consulting with an architect, theydecided to repurpose a former side entrance to the house, which had beenconverted into a closet beneath the first floor staircase by the previous owner.Most importantly, the homeowner’s primary goal was to design the bathroom tolook as though it was original. Solution:The homeowner identified a local artisan to create a custom-paneled door tomatch the existing wood paneling; they then converted the closet into a powderroom by replacing the existing exterior door with a window, adding fixtures, periodlighting, and unique design accents.
