I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations (good or bad) for an HVAC contractor and exterior painter? I am interested in having a separate heating/cooling system on our 3rd floor in terms of the HVAC. The exterior painting is a small-moderate job. Thanks, Evan Adelstein
