Thought I would share the list: My massage therapist shares office space with an acupuncturist at Time Space One Healing Arts on Baum Blvd. I know that they will generally negotiate price if you find their rates unaffordable. I have not gotten accupuncture myself, but Claire (massage therapist) is so wonderful that I can't imagine her colleague is not as well. timespaceonehealingarts.com Peter Braasch Sq Hill 412-400-8135 I have seen both of these acupuncturist and can highly recommend them both. I liked Yasmin Fakih. She's in the West End. She offers a package deal that brought down the cost and the charge for her initial session was the same as others even though it was longer (others charge more for the first). Dan Johson at Wholistic Acupuncture in Fox Chapel. They have packages that are EXTREMELY reasonable. I have been going to him for a while now. I was REALLY sick when I started and there were times he kept me there over an hour just to help me. Pittsburgh Community Acupuncture is on Penn Ave near Children's Hospital. The practitioner allows patients to pay on a sliding scale based on their income. The phone number is (412) 253-0603. I have not been there in a few years, so do not remember the young gentleman's name.
