Hello Highland Park! Union Project and New Sun Rising are teaming up once again to bring you the first Soup N’at dinner of 2016 on February 28th! Soup N’at is a volunteer run dinner that helps local artists secure funding to complete the project of their dreams. [image: Inline image 1] [Local Soup supporting local artists by feeding local stomachs.] Here’s how a Soup N’at fundraiser works: Five artists will present their projects to an audience made of local soup lovers, arts supporters, and friendly neighbors. For a $10 donation, each dinner-goer is given the chance to vote on their favorite presentation of the night. Once the votes are tallied, the winning artist gets all of the proceeds from the event to put toward their project. In the past, this fundraiser has gone on to fuel initiatives such as Bunker Projects, Camp Make and Grow, and most recently, the Etc Print Exchange. <http://etcprintexchange.com/About> Applications are still open to apply for a chance to present on the Soup n’at stage! Greetings friends & neighbors, Taco D'Oro is Baby Loves Tacos (pop-up taqueria) @ Tazza D'Oro. We're excited about bringing you delicious homemade tacos & salads (new to the menu this week!). On deck for tomorrow: tacos: bubby's brisket~chipotle braised brisket (12 hrs low & slow) + sharp cheddar + pickled red slaw + herbs that's joe~house-made adobo roast chicken + queso fresco + shredded lettuce & green cabbage + pico de gallo + guacamole and this is maria~house-made adobo grilled seitan + queso fresco + shredded lettuce & green cabbage + pico de gallo + guacamole don hongo~smoked mushroom + pomegranate-chipotle bbq + pickled red slaw + guacamole **all proteins work well as a salad with the exception of the brisket. salad comes with side of verde vinaigrette eat in/ take-out (we have great new disposable to-go boxes) cash only $$ See you soon! Planter and vase for sale

I have one glass vase and one green ceramic planter for sale. Both around 6 inches wide and a foot tall. $2 each OBO. Small chip on separate bottom piece of the planter, but you could just put that part in the back. Planter is originally from ten thousand villages. Thanks! Emily

IKEA queen size mattress topper. It's almost brand new, used it for about a week. I bought in attempt to help my headaches but it didn't make a difference. The cover has some dog hair from static cling but is easy to remove and wash. Paid $250 asking $100

Found dog - Euclid and Black

A neighbor and I came across a friendly tan and white pit on Saturday around noon. Found with green collar and a bit of broken red leash, no tags. She is not microchipped. Currently at ARL on stray hold. No owner had come forward by Sunday afternoon. Picture available by request (my photos are always too large for this email!) -Kate
