Thanks to all who responded to my query about an electrician. I sincerely appreciate your feedback. What a great neighborhood we live in! Here is a list, for those who might also need some work done on their electrical system. I found a great person, a master craftsman who can do it all—electricity, plumbing, carpentry. Amazing guy: Paul Ernst. His name is at the top of the list, which has a random order. Electricians as of October 2016 Paul Ernst 412 312-0714. Dear Neighbors I am forwarding the reminder of Japanese Nationality Room's Silent Auction on coming Saturday. Please come and see (or buy) a lot of traditional beautyful antiques. Tomoko ーーーーーーー Hi Everyone, As you may have heard, the Japanese Nationality Room (JNR) is holding its "Scholarship Luncheon and Silent Auction" on Saturday, October 15, at the William Pitt Union Ballroom. Thanks to many of the JNR Scholarship supporters, we have over 60 luncheon attendees and have now closed the Luncheon program. However, the public is invited to attend the Silent Auction (between 1:30 to 2:30), so do stop by if you have time to do so (and feel free to bid on items if you see anything of interest). You are more than welcome!! We will have some beautiful Japanese traditional artifacts as well as a broad range of other items, such as everyday use chinaware and Japanese used books. (Cash or Check Only). This event is to raise money for the JNR Summer Scholarship that is awarded to Pitt students, both undergraduate and graduate. A few weeks ago, I had asked people if they knew plasterers. I got two names. (We didn't have a chance to call Chris, so don't mistake our choice of Doug as a poor reflection on Chris. suggestions for high efficiency boiler servicing

When we bought our house in 2008, it had a new high efficiency wall mounted Buderus boiler installed, which has worked beautifully up until now. However, our system doesn't have enough pressure to allow the pilot to light, and we have stumped ourselves and our engineering type friends, and cannot find an HVAC provider that can service it. If you have a similar system, we are looking for either the answer to the questions 'why is my boiler not auto-filling' and 'how do I actually put water into the boiler so I can turn the heat on in my house,' or a suggestion for a reputable HVAC servicer with experience with high efficiency wall mounted boilers.
