The Highland Park Garden Club will hold it's October meeting at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary this coming Saturday, October 15th from 10 am to 12 noon. We will have the business meeting and presentation of the slate of officers. Next will be a slide show of members' favorite flowers/vegetables and a short description of each. We will also have a "name the flower in the quilt" contest. All are welcome. Parking is in the rear and signs will direct everyone to the meeting space. --

Lifeguard Needed

Hello! I'm looking for a lifeguard for one day a week starting the week of 10/31-11/4 on either Mondays or Thursdays until the beginning of December. The guard will be responsible for guarding the 4th-5th grade Dilworth swim team practices at Obama from 4:15-5:45. Pay is $12 an hour. Copies of clearances must be provided. Sewer line needs replaced

Hi, I am looking for a plumber to replace the sewer line going from my house to the main line. PWSA has determined that the pipe is broken at the tap. This will require digging in the street.
