[Highland Park] Healthcare professional couple looking to rent in Highland Park

Good afternoon, We were referred by good friends who used this resource to locate a rental in Highland Park. As a 25 & 27 year old healthcare professional couple (physical therapist and researcher) looking to rent beginning in May or June, we are interested in houses/apartments with 1-2 bedrooms (at least 700 square feet) with laundry on site, air conditioning, a full size refrigerator, and a dish washer. If possible, we would love a place with access to a yard as we have a small, 12 pound Miniature Dachshund named Pickle. She is spayed, potty trained, a non-chewer, and (other than the occasional energy-releasing war dance) a very quiet, sweet dog. Our budget is flexible below $1,100/month. We would be most grateful if anyone has anything available or would be willing to point us in the right direction.
