To follow is the list that you shared. -Bonnie LENDERS, MORTGAGE BROKERS Three recommendations for Sail Mortgage: I used Lisa Siranovich with Sail Mortgage Brokers out of Wexford and was pleased. Note that if you are the buyer you can use the closing/title company of your choice. Sail is in business with their own title co but I did not use them. Used a real estate attorney out of Monroeville and would recommend him highly (Jim Lomeo); he saved me some $ with closing fees. For mortgages, we like Dollar Bank. They were incredibly easy to work with in our recent refinance. Don’t know how they’d be for an initial mortgage loan. But their rate is 3%, which might be hard to beat. I really like Jason Gentile of Solar Financial for mortgages for home purchase. I generally send all my customers to him as my bank doesn’t do mortgages for purchase (just refinance) and they all really love him. His phone number is 412-592-4330 and his email is jasong(a)solarfinancial.com. He is especially good and patient with first time home buyers. I cannot suggest George Payne highly enough. He has been in the business for many many years - he will come to you if you choose, and he handles your mortgage the entire time (he does not hand you off to 10 different people) He will also work to get you the best product for you. His cell is 412-736-0482 I highly recommend John Klimchak. I actually worked with him for years, and he is excellent. You can't find a better mortgage broker! He can be reached at 412-246-9980. I've had a pretty good experience with Huntington Bank. (There's a branch in Fox Chapel) The woman I work with is based out of their Cranberry office, so you may want to check to see if her territory would put her in any Pittsburgh office sometime (as I know they float around between offices to meet clients, etc). I have used her for the purchase of two houses, the sale of one. She helped keep me calm during my sale and fought hard for me during the purchase. $10.00. Very nice high shaft boots, full zipper 'Me Too' brand. Boot is not too tall for me, and I am about 5 ft. All man made materials, great for vegans. Funky curved wedge heel and seamed top.
