[Highland Park] East End/East Liberty Historical Society

This is a good time to become a member of our local history group, which focuses on Pittsburgh’s East End including the Highland Park community. Membership is $20 per year, which provides four quarterly bulletins each featuring the history of a prominent person, building, or institution in the East End. You will also be invited to special events that take place throughout the year. Hi, I have a bunch of candle holders (some of them will need to be cleaned, they have wax) candles: 4 small crafted, very unique and pretty; 1 large honeycomb pink knickknacks: Colombia souvenir, a pretty ceramic pink dove, 2 small statuettes Incense sticks, several, diverse fragrances I need to get rid of these, I have no use for them and maybe someone might enjoy them more than me. Hi, I have a few boxes of household items that were my start up things when I was a student. They have been in the basement for almost 3 years so they will need a good scrubbing. They are not glamorous but they are functional and in OK to decent shape. 1 wood knife stand 3 plastic microwaveable containers 2 plastic pitchers 1 pancake size pan 3 mugs 1 glass salad bowl several small glass jars 5 plastic cups 12 glass glasses (2 16 o z., 10 8 oz.) Hello, Can anybody share their experience with orthodontics as an adult. Dos, don'ts, caveats, etc.? Also, if you have recommendations (preferably the east end area of Pittsburgh) for an othodontist(s) that specializes, or is oriented toward adult orthodontics, I would appreciate your input.
