This innovative and unique loft features solid Brazilian Pine construction,
rear storage space accessible from both sides, four drawers (European roller
glides), a pull out desk top and a ladder that can be used on either side,
and an additional 3-drawers of storage.
The loft bunk includes: twin bunk bed, built in desk, 4 drawers, plus 3 more
drawers below, ladder, and rear storage closet. It also includes a 5"
Memory Foam Twin mattress, and the matching desk chair, which were
additional purchases, making the total retail cost over $1050! Everything is
in great condition.

This 2004 Britax COLONIAL BLUE Marathon Convertible Car Seat is NEW and has
never been used; comes from a smoke-free home and car.
Please Note: The COLONIAL BLUE cover does have a small 1/2" (or less) cut
on the top, near the Tether bag (not noticeable, but I wanted to mention
it).

The Marathon is a convertible child seat. Rear facing, it fits Infants to
Toddlers from 5 to 33 pounds and forward facing for children at least one
year old from 20 to 65 pounds.
