I am selling three white self-watering window boxes, 39"x9"x8" , which I ordered by mistake but cannot use. Alsolutely new. They have a big water reservoir - easy to read water level indicator - adjustable steel mounting brackets allow for deck rail mounting - versatile steel brackets and instructions included. Dear Highland Park neighbors, I need to replace the gutters on my home. I would like to install the ones that keep the leaves out. Can you recommend any one? [Highland Park] Jackson St. boy assaulted

Our 12 year old son was assaulted last night at 7:40 pm as he walked from our house in the 6300 block of Jackson St. to a friend�s house in the 6500 block of Jackson. He was aimlessly bouncing a soccer ball as he walked, when a group of five bigger teens surrounded him. He had never seen them before. They asked where he lived. He didn�t answer. One told him to �lose the soccer ball,� and punched him in the head. He crouched down protecting his head while the group proceeded to punch and kick him. A quick-thinking mom out for a walk notice the group and started screaming that she was calling 911 and that she was taking their pictures with her phone. This alerted half a dozen neighbors. The group of teen boys took off down the hillside toward Stanton Ave. Several neighbors tried to chase them and a short while later the police spent some time looking as well, with no success. We made a police report and he was examined at Children�s Hospital where it was determined he had suffered a mild concussion but nothing worse. We are grateful for the support and concern of all our neighbors. Plans for a meeting to discuss the incident are in the works. Paola Jackson St.

[Highland Park] Air conditioners

Dear HP Neighbors. We have two used air conditioners that we would like to sell. The first is a 6,600 BTU Kenmore. We had it serviced last year because it made an annoying vibration sound. The sound isn't as loud now but we did not want to put it back in our bedroom window. We are asking for $50 or best offer. We also have an 11,800 BTU Amana air conditioner. This unit was hardly used and is in very good condition. It is pretty big and I recommend having two people to come to pick it up if possible. We are asking $150 or best offer for this unit.
