The East Liberty Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with LUXE Pittsburgh, is hosting our third Cooking Class! This month, we are excited to welcome the *Hotel Indigo's Head Chef José Rodriguez! * Menu: First Course: Spring Israeli couscous with whiskey raisins, roasted pine nuts and balsamic vinaigrette Second Course: Pan-seared striped bass with sun dried tomatoes, french beans and a blood orange beurre blanc.
