[Highland Park] 3-speed Raleigh bike stolen

On Wed., Oct. 6, my old and beautiful English 3-speed Raleigh bike was stolen from my front porch. The bike is dark rust in color though there are lots of old stickers on the frame. (even a "sandy" sticker mixed in) It's a men's style frame, with a "giant" seat. I've ridden this bike for 20 years. Needless to say I'm heartbroken about this heist. If anyone can advise me as to a place to check, in case it was ditched somewhere, please let me know. LOCK YOUR BIKE! Sandy

[Highland Park] problems using the list earlier this week

Hi, If you had problems sending mail to the Highland Park Neighborhood list earlier this week, please resend your message. There were some errors that popped up while I was preparing to move the list to a different server... sorry about that! The move should be transparent, so other than a glitch like this everything should continue to work as it does now. Right now the list is hosted on a computer in my home using my DSL line but I'm moving it to aspStation in Bloomfield where it should always be available. Rudy
