Dear neighbors, I am thinking of downsizing and am looking to sell my house at 6051 Grafton Street. I love our neighborhood and if I could quickly sell my house, I might be able to purchase a smaller one not yet on the market. My house is a sincerely charming house with 4 small bedrooms, 2 small baths and a beautiful native plant garden inside a fenced yard.oh yes and also a 2 car detached garage. I'm a single woman now and feel it's time to move into something smaller and more manageable for 1 person. I'm hoping to sell it for something in the upper 2's. WANTED: Historic photos of our neighborhood's commercial district, Bryant Street. The Highland Park Community Development Corporation is engaged in a strategy to fill the gaps on Bryant Street and give a boost to the current merchants in making it the more vibrant street we all know it can be. This process is expected to include a blend of historic restoration and new construction. If anyone has photos of what the street once was, or can direct us to such sources, we would be most appreciative. [Highland Park] Friday Playgroup Reminder

For any parents new to the Highland Park area or any who have not yet had a chance to come and join us, we still have a Friday Playgroup at the Pittsburgh Toy Lending Library. We just started the group a few weeks ago and the response has been great but the more the merrier! So, if you're interested in meeting other parents from the area and having a safe and inexpensive place for your child to play during the winter, we meet every Friday at 9:30. The Pittsburgh Toy Lending LIbrary is located in the Methodist Church at the corner of Centre and Aiken---enter from Centre Street. See the website for details. *Groundhog Day* Cinema St. Andrew Friday, February 1, 7:30 p.m. Brooks Hall, St. Andrew's Church 5801 Hampton Street, Pittsburgh, Highland Park 15206 On Friday evening February 1st some Pittsburghers will be on the road toward Punxatawney to celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord in the Temple with Phil and all the wintry revellers at dawn on Saturday . . . . If we're not be among them this year, the St. Andrew's Adult Programs Committee invites us to a Cinema St. Andrew evening, as part of our "Nomads and Pilgrims" series on the exploration of the spiritual journey, as we will enjoy together, *Groundhog Day*, the 1993 comedy film written by Danny Rubin and Harold Ramis and directed by Harold Ramis, starring Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. It's great fun -- and it leaves us with much to ponder as well on how we make sense of the evolution of our own character over the days and years of our lives.
