Every Saturday I start of my day with a fabulous stretch and pose yoga class at BodyTech in Aspinwall. The studio is located at 501 Freeport Rd and we are the first class with our early 7:30 am start. The class ends just before 9:00. But during that time we waken up, warm up, stretch out and cool down. It is a great way to start the weekend and as I move on to my weekend errands I often feel like I am floating on air. The reason: expert instructor Rick Rogow of Highland Park. Rick is a wonderful combination of skill and compassion and creates new, interesting classes each week, tailored to the needs and level of the class members. The classes are always fresh and often amaze me as to how beneficial the day's workout is to my breathing and strength and stretching. In a word: Invigorating! The First Tee of Pittsburgh is holding an informational meeting for junior golfers and their parents who are interested in participating in league golf at the Bob O'Connor Golf Course at Schenley Park.
