Thank you for your responses of help. And especially a big thanks to Joe Manow of Manow's on Mellon who notified me of the Animal Control. Two notes here. Firstly,I called Police about the incident and they did not know of the Animal Control acquiring the rooster and chicken. Secondly, is that a fee totaling 176 dollars per animal is charged. That includes, the court fee, the fine and something else. There is also the charge from the animal rescue league, of each day the animal is there. You can come over and see it if you like, we live at 6413 Jackson. The fence is in the back, on the right if you are facing the back of my house. He has built fences for my clients as well as for myself. He is quite serious about what he does. I constantly have people ask me who built my fence. The've done many fences in Highland Park and their bid was much less than Allegheny Fence. They will tell you what houses they did so you can take a look. Hello. My husband and I are looking for a Highland Park apartment to rent starting on August 1. Jason is a PhD student at CMU and I just graduated with my MS from Carlow University. We just got married last July. Jason is currently in Ireland doing research for his PhD. I am staying with friends. I have a car that needs to be inspected - it's actually a little overdue, because my regular mechanic is in the North Side, and I just haven't been able to work out the logistics of dropping it off over there for the day. I'd love to have recommendations of good mechanics in and around Highland Park (or within a 15-minute, single-bus ride) that won't charge an arm and a leg. The car in question is a fairly old Dodge Stratus, if that matters. Thanks in advance, folks! Julie
