Nothing to extensive...more a sitter that can hang with her, take her to the playground, play fairies, etc for a few hours a week. I am posting this for a couple who is moving to the area. Kate and Paul are looking for a two-bedroom apartment because Paul is going to nursing school at West Penn in the fall. [Highland Park] Carved Antique Walnut Bed For Sale

I posted this on Sun but I don't think the text appeared with the pictures so I'm posting again. We are remodeling our third floor and are selling an antique carved walnut bed complete with mattress and box spring. The bed is a "3/4" size which is standard in length but between a twin and full size in width. The mattress and box spring were custom made for bed by Serta and have never been used. [Highland Park] Interested in flipping?

I am interested in flipping a particular house in HP. The house is located on corner of Stanton and Sheridan. There is amazing potential for boarded up homes over there with the upcoming gentrification of the neighborhood. I recently bought my home close by and am looking to add value to the neighborhood. I am a young hard working guy that would really enjoy fixing up an old house and I can provide some funding. My house has already been restored so I am looking to do this as a hobby.

I have a pink papasan couch up for grabs...not just a chair, it's a double sized one! It's a bit dusty, and has some water marks on it...but we have had it, indoors, for 14 years with no pets, no kids, no shoes. It would make a perfect seating for a rec room, screened in patio, finished basement, etc. It's very comfortable (I called it my "nest"!) but we have elected to use the space for a spare bed, so it must go!
