Hi I am looking for an after school babysitter to watch by three children starting in the Septemberl. It would be Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3PM-6PM. I have a 5 yr old boy and 21/2 year boy/girl twins. Candidates must be able to provide references and clearances. Must live in walking distance (HP area) or have reliable transportation. However, you will not need to drive my children anywhere. Through a comedy of errors, I ended up with two copies of the 2009 remake of Land of the Lost, with Will Ferrell & Danny McBride, that I am unable to return. I'd like to sell one of them, which is still sealed and has never been watched. It's a Blu-Ray disc, so it will not work on a regular DVD player. Asking $5. Thanks, Chris

I have a beautiful first floor, 2 bedroom apartment in Highland Park in which I am actively seeking a roommate to take the second full bedroom as a great new roommate. I have live here for 1 and 1/2 years already, loving everything from the landlords to the house and location itself! I am a 25 year old male currently living with a female roommate, my third female roommate since college, who is moving back to CA for family reasons, leaving the second bedroom available for a new roommate. I work in IT in Gibsonia, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and am very clean and super responsible. I am by far the easiest person to live with, never as much as bickering with a roommate in my history (a very good sign, you can even contact them and ask!). This home is very affordable and safe, including security system I had put in place (just for peace of mind), and as soon as you walk in you will be shocked just how nice it is and well maintained. I would love to show anyone interested the whole place, and share all bills ever paid to give a pinpoint idea of monthly cost throughout the year. We just had central air installed, and have washer/dryer and dishwasher in the house. The landlords and their children are people I could never compare to any others, they are like family to us, living right upstairs. I have Verizon FIOS installed since I moved in, and the utilities and rent are unbeatable in terms of the neighborhood, with parking NEVER being an issue. [Highland Park] To those who showed up to the monday hip hop dance class at the Union Project

There was a fundraiser at the same time as the dance class on Monday at 6pm at the Union Project. They set up a table directly in front of the entrance and were not aware of the class going on behind the screen put up. Apparently they turned away two individuals who came to dance. If you are one of those two people, please come again! In addition, Rosalie is accepting private clients. She is an excellent personal trainer; motivating, positive, fun and effective. She has been helping me with post natal nutrition and exercise and has been so wonderful! Come see her in action at the Union and talk to her after class about what your looking for. She can tailor any program to suit your needs!
