I have a beautiful first floor, 2 bedroom apartment in Highland Park in which I am actively seeking a roommate to take the second full bedroom as a great new roommate. I have live here for 1 and 1/2 years already, loving everything from the landlords to the house and location itself! I am a 25 year old male currently living with a female roommate, my third female roommate since college, who is moving back to CA for family reasons, leaving the second bedroom available for a new roommate. I work in IT in Gibsonia, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and am very clean and super responsible. I am by far the easiest person to live with, never as much as bickering with a roommate in my history (a very good sign, you can even contact them and ask!). This home is very affordable and safe, including security system I had put in place (just for peace of mind), and as soon as you walk in you will be shocked just how nice it is and well maintained. I would love to show anyone interested the whole place, and share all bills ever paid to give a pinpoint idea of monthly cost throughout the year. We just had central air installed, and have washer/dryer and dishwasher in the house. The landlords and their children are people I could never compare to any others, they are like family to us, living right upstairs. I have Verizon FIOS installed since I moved in, and the utilities and rent are unbeatable in terms of the neighborhood, with parking NEVER being an issue.
