Claw foot tub available

For sale: We have a 1926 era (cast iron) claw foot bathtub in good condition that is original to our HP home on our 3rd floor. We are selling it for $450.00 or best offer. It will be disconnected this weekend and available for pick up after Saturday. The dimensions of the tub are 5' long x 30 " wide, x 22" tall (height includes the claw feet which are 5 inches tall). Claw feet can be removed for transporting. Very heavy and two or three strong people will be needed to move it down two flights of steps. Highland Park - Join the Fight to Save Enright Parklet in East Liberty

I was recently made aware of a petition to save a small park not far from us in East Liberty. The Mayor's Office of the City of Pittsburgh has agreed to a deal with the private developer of Penn Plaza that includes selling Enright Parklet to them. The developer intends to turn it into apartments and a retail shopping street. Friendship Community Group, Bloomfield Garfield Corporation and East Liberty Development have teamed up to try to save the park. The first attachment will show you an overview of the park and where Penn Plaza is located. The second attachment shows how little green park space is available in East Liberty. @ St. Andrew's, 5801 Hampton Street, Highland Park, Pittsburgh On the calendar of the Church Year the 18th of October is observed as the Feast Day of St. Luke, Evangelist and Physician. It is a also by tradition a time to remember in prayer and with thanksgiving all those who (active or retired) have been called to work in the wide range of ministries and professions of health care . This coming Sunday, the 18th, our regular "Third Sunday Afternoon, 4:30 p.m. " service of Choral Evensong at St. Andrew's will commemorate St. Luke, and our Guest Preacher for the service is the Rev. Dan Hall, M.D. Dan, Episcopal Priest in Residence at the First Lutheran Church of Pittsburgh, is "also" a surgeon with practice in the UPMC and VA Hospitals here in Pittsburgh. I extend this as a word of invitation especially to those in our wider parish and neighborhood who are or have been involved in any and all healthcare professions. You will be in our thoughts and prayers with thanksgiving--and it would be very nice indeed if you were able to attend. Bruce Robison

Youth and tweens will be creating their own repurposed mask. Have fun in a community setting while being creative and making!
