Hello neighbors! I am sending this e-mail to announce the opening of sign-ups for Winter CSA shares from Wild Purveyors, a local food hub that sources produce, mushrooms, dairy, meat, and much more from producers all over Central and Western PA. The model being used for this CSA is a Build Your Own model, which means that you can choose from four options (Produce, Dairy, Meat, and Dry Goods) in order to customize your share to suit your personal needs. This is an excellent way to continue eating locally-sourced and ethically-produced goods all through the winter season! There is even a pick-up location at the Union Project :).
