I recall seeing from time to time people posting here about their miscellaneous help/errand services, but can't recall the names. I am looking for someone with a truck to pick up a large item (approx 60" x 68" by 69" tall) in Fox Chapel and deliver it to Allegheny Township, about 30 minutes NE of there. I'd rather hire someone local who could use the work than rent a truck and do it myself. If anyone's interested, please let me know your availability for the next few days. thanks- shannon

There is a small wooden desk with 3 drawers from Ikea free for the taking outside our house on Mellon Street near the corner of Bryant. The desk top and legs aren't connected to the drawers.

Hi neighbors, We'd like to find new homes for these items: Topeak bike seat and two racks. Foam liner is not in great condition but is functionally fine. Missing one yellow seat security clip/reflector but the other can transfer between racks. Plenty of extra hardware to fit your bikes! $40 Graco Snugride infant car seat and two bases. Sunshade doesn't match but works fine. Includes matching foot blanket (shown installed) and infant supports. $40 for all. Sony baby monitor NTM-910. $15 Baby bouncer, Fisher-Price Rainforest Jumperoo. Lights and sounds work but need 3 AA batteries (you might like it better with them off!). $15. Email please, you pickup in Hughland Park. Everything's "o.b.o." but cash only please. All have been wiped down after being in storage. We do have cats in our house. Thanks! -Jeremy

We think we lost our Pimsleur German language CD set in a classic "left the item on top of my car and drove away" scenario. It probably fell off along the 5700 block of Elgin or Mellon St toward the Zoo this morning (10-Sept). I don't expect it rode all the way to the bottom of Zoo Hill, but I suppose you never know...
