Very sick cat on Jackson Street

I don't know what to do, but I observed what looked like a very neurologically ill cat on Jackson street. I don't want to call animal control until I send out this notice. The cat is not approachable, will not come to me and is hiding under a red car with a ticket on it, in the 6600 block of Jackson Street. I don't really want to try to get the cat out from under that car. The cat is a grayish or light brownish tabby type with a tan flea Collar on (which makes me think it is domestic and not feral). So if this describes your cat, or if your cat is missing..I wanted to put this out there...I will have no choice but to call animal control later in the day..poor kitty... Sent from my iPhone

Hello neighbors, I am looking for an occasional evening babysitter to care for 2 kids ages 7 and 10. Duties might include checking Homework, preparing dinner for them and helping them get showers/baths and into bed. Number of hours will vary week to week and some weeks there may not be any evening hours at all.
