Seat comes with two bases which is insanely useful for 2+ car families (i.e: everyone these days). Note I am the THIRD owner, so obviously the seat shows signs of superficial wear. It has not, to my knowledge, been involved in any car accidents. It's a solid seat in great shape and is destined for the trash unless someone claims it first! I hosed down the bases and washed the cover, so it's good to go. First come first serve! Sent from my iPhone

Hello, neighbors, I have a couch cushion that has finally succumbed to nearly 20 years of use by kids, dogs, students, and friends. I can't afford to replace the couch or reupholster the whole thing. The iconic dancer, actress, and choreographer Carmen de Lavallade kicks off Kelly Strayhorn Theater's 20145 Fall season with As I Remember It — an intimate memoir portrait of the legendary artist told through dance, film and her personal writings. Performances begins at 8 p.m. on Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13 at Kelly Strayhorn Theater in East Liberty. The performances are part of a limited engagement tour, which will visit only nine cities. Ms. de Lavallade is now 83 and has worked in film, theater, and dance for 60 years. Her cousin, Janet Collins, was the very first black ballerina at the Met, and Carmen herself is credited with encouraging Alvin Ailey, her high school friend, to take his first dance class. Paint Date Night @ SixTHreeFouR this Thursday

This past May, artist, Kim Barry, opened her Highland Park studio, exhibit space, and gardens for a magical evening of wine, hors d'oeuvres, inspiring visuals, paint and small board canvases. It was such a success, she decided to do another on Thursday, August 28th! Come enjoy something out of the ordinary. RSVPs must register by Wednesday Aug 27 so that art materials and wine for each person is prepared and reserved in advance of the event. Feel free to call, email, or drop a check in the mailbox at the main house with your full name to reserve your spot (s). Just one more Paint Date Night coming up Sept. 18th as well and then the studio will be closing soon after for the season. So come out before it gets cold!
