Hello Neighbors! We're having a lot of run-off from our sump pump so we're trying to build a rain garden. We dug the hole but now need advice and perhaps clippings to fill it. Any advice and personal knowledge about the best plants for our area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Sherri

Greetings Community Members! I am excited to announce my first collaborative Integrative yoga class with Keyboardist, Kevin Howard! The event takes place on Friday, November 14th, 2014. The first set is 6:00-7:00 pm and the second set is 7:30-8:30 pm. The class will consist of: Rhythm and Movement-easy to follow dance routine to warm-up, Gentle yoga poses, Reiki-which is ancient Japanese relaxation techniques, Aromatherapy-essential oils, Restorative poses, and Seated, Silent, Still, Universal Meditation. All poses will be adapted using a chair or the wall to accommodate all bodies. The cost is $20 for Community members, $15 for Kingsley Association members, $10 for Seniors 65 and up, and $10 for children under 18 years old.
