Hello neighbors, Starting this week, GreenRocksFitness will be running 2 extra Bootcamp Rocks classes a week at Winchester Thurston school campus. Those 2 classes will also continue indoors after the season, until december 18. Here is the schedule starting this week, September 9: MONDAY: 6:00am - HIIT in the am (HP); RSVP only 9:00am - Basic Elements (HP) 10:00am - Moms & Wheels (HP) 4:00pm - Bootcamp Rocks (WTcampus) WEDNESDAY: 6:00am - HIIT in the am (HP); RSVP only 4:00pm - Bootcamp Rocks (WTcampus) THURSDAY: 6:00pm - Moms & Wheels (SCH) 7:00pm - Bootcamp Rocks (SCH) SATURDAY: 8:00am - Basic Elements (HP) 9:00am - Bootcamp Rocks (HP) 10:00am - Moms & Wheels (HP) Join us for some fun outdoor fitness classes!
