Hello neighbors, I am selling a couch. It's a suede-like microfiber in "sage" (depending on the light it looks gray with a hint of green). Very comfortable, it's about 5 years old from a non-smoking home without pets. There a few very small stains that are hardly noticeable. Asking $100 or best offer. I appreciate the recommendations for contractors back in the summer regarding the repair of our garage roof; however, this has now turned into a project that requires, demo, design a new freestanding garage entirely and rebuild along with deck on slope of yard. We began work with a contractor who may be too busy to take this on. Any recommendations for a project of this scale and size is appreciated. Lisa N Sheridan

Hello, I have two lawnmowers that I wanted to offer up on the listserv before attempting donation. One is a Toro self-propelled mulching mower. It has been well-maintained over its 20 year life but is now in need of maintenance although is still functional. The other is a cordless Black & Decker mulching mower with a 24 volt battery. The previous owner of the house left it here about 6 months ago so we don't know the history. Full disclosure - we haven't been able to get this one to start. The battery must need replaced. Please let me know if you're interested in picking up either of these from my Highland Park home. Thanks, Laura

Hi, I found some stuff in the flowerbed at the bottom of my driveway today. Possibly some stuff someone took out of their car while cleaning it out. There are a few charger cords for various electronic devices, a small make-up bag but there was something other than make-up in it, and some other random papers and things.
