Hello, I am looking to insulate between the two apartments in my house (1st floor and 2nd floor) in order to deaden the sound between them. Has anyone done / had this done locally? What product did you use and would you recommend it? (Unsurprisingly, the Internet is a wealth of contradictory information on these questions, so I would prefer local potentially contradictory information. :))
