Hi friends, I found a set of keys on the trail that runs below the road that leads to the pool and looks over the Butler street exit off of the Highland Park bridge. The following are two roofers who emailed us with interest in giving us a quote: Emmanuel Taylor 412-584-0640 Taylor Roofing eric grady 412-523-0612 cell Neighbors emailed us with recommendations for the following roofers: * call ron reagan: 412-496-1144 and tell him u were referred by dan from highland park. these guys are fast, efficient, clean and do excellent work. they were also the lowest of six estimates that i got. * Call Steve Josowitz from Josowitz Roofing at 412-421-5698. He has performed work for a number of my clients with rave reviews. You can tell him that Dan Landis from Prudential Preferred Realty referred you to him. * We have used Schhultheis Brothers for the roof and gutters. * Ron Pirring Roofing did ours, then when one of his workers left our basement door cracked, creating a bit of a mess, he went out of his way to make it right. He is a stand-up guy and we were pleased with the experience of working with him. http://www.ronpirringcontracting.com/ * 412 403-4857 Is the number for Anthony Robinson who has been my contractor for years. Get a price from a couple other people if you want but still call him. He is very fair and reasonable. Hi Everyone, This evening we placed our bright green sign, in the shape of a man, out on our street (Cordova Road) since our children were playing on the sidewalk farther down. I'm hoping that someone must have mistaken it for trash and did not right out steal it. If you accidentally removed a neon green "slow" sign in the shape of a man, please return it to 1337 Cordova Road. No questions asked. We have many young children on this block and use it often to keep drivers from speeding through and potentially hitting one of them. If you stole it and do not return it, shame on you! Thanks, Kym

Today is the St Rocco Festival, which includes fireworks. After the 4 pm Mass at St Raphael Church on Chislett St., there is a procession thru Morningside with fireworks. That should be around 5 pm. Then after the festival, there will be more fireworks. That will be after dark, and probably around 10 or 11 pm. Bob
