Our landlord/owner of the property is also willing to sign a new lease with an interested tenant/s upon completion of a successful credit check. Amenities: The first-floor apartment has a front porch, as well as two bedrooms and a sun room (which could also be used as an additional sitting area, office or nursery), living room, dining room, plus a large eat-in kitchen, which includes a stove, dishwasher/disposal, and refrigerator. In addition to a full bathroom, there is also a powder room in the kitchen. There is ample room for storage in the basement, which includes a washer and dryer. Hi neighbors! I'm a student soon moving in to a new apartment on Thursday in downtown Chicago going back to school, and I am in desperate need for some things for my apartment. Some thing I need asap that I thought maybe some of you would be willing to donate is maybe a large area rug or two? My apartment is all hardwood floors and most rugs I've seen have either been too stiff, too loud, or too expensive! If anyone has a picture or an idea of a rug that they might want to sell for cheap/donate, large or medium-sized (for a bedroom or living room, those are the rooms I'm looking to "rug" ) if you could get back to me by Wednesday so we can work something out, that would be SO helpful.
