Dear Highland Park Neighbors, We moved from Highland Park almost two years ago and are now moving back this summer. Massachusetts has proven to be a bit inhospitable. We are looking for a rental, either a house or a large apartment. My husband will be a Nephrologist with UPMC and I'm a p.t. librarian/f.t. mother. We have two children, aged 5 and 7. While in Highland Park from 2004-2006 we rented on Cordova Road, so we have a positive rental "track record." Work starts August 4th. One of us will be coming down to Pittsburgh to look at housing possibilities in the middle of May. The ensembles will join forces for the delightful neoclassical Nonet by Czech composer Bohuslav Martinu. The Winds will perform Quintet No. 1 by Giuseppe Cambini and the Cuarteto will premiere a new quartet by CMU graduate student Chao-Jung Wu. The Cuarteto Latinoamericano is known worldwide as the leading proponent of Latin American music for string quartet. It has recorded for Elan, New Albion, Urtext and Dorian, and was nominated for a Grammy in 2002. [Highland Park] Stolen Bike

Greetings Neighbors, Our 11 year old neighbor's bike was stolen out of their garage sometime between Sunday evening and Monday morning 4/20 &4/21. It is a girls robins egg blue Columbia bike, it has a water bottle holder, mirror and it is only about 3 weeks old. She received it for her birthday. She is heartbroken about the loss of this bike which she enjoys riding everyday.
