[Highland Park] in search of home-owner advice

Hello, I have recently purchased a house in Highland Park (very exciting!) and the Highland Park Tradespersons Recommendation list has been a HUGE help - lots of great resources there, but I still found a few areas where I needed advice. I would appreciate any thoughts/recommendations people have on the following: a.. installing a fence - finishing an existing one that was started b.. cleaning forced-air vents (I have lots of ads from companies advertising - wondering if anyone has any in particular they would recommend) c.. replacement windows You can contact me at kmfreed(a)msn.com - I'll be sure to save any information I get and pass it on to be included in the next update of the Highland Park Tradespersons Recommendation list. The woman who used to clean for me is moving back to Pittsburgh! (I am very excited). She'll be here by late August. Her name is Beth McAhren - she only cleans with natural cleaners (no chemicals - good for small children, pets, and people who generally don't like harsh chemicals in their houses), she's reliable, trustworthy, and really good at what she does. If anyone would like her cell #, please give me an e-mail and I'll be happy to provide it. If you have any questions about her, feel free to ask as well - she cleaned for me for two years before she left about a year ago to take care of an ailing mother.
