The walkway around the reservoir is actually PWSA property. I recently heard about a project between PWSA, the city and the Pgh Parks Conservancy to work on fixing the walkway and other issues are around the reservoir. Sherry Goldman wrote:

I've been noticing the uneven surface is making it much more difficult to walk, now that I have some issues with my knee from getting older.
