[Highland Park] Paving reservoir walkway

Is there any way for the Highland Park Neighborhood to put in a request to the city for the walkway around the reservoir to be repaved, especially with a softer pavement like they have in certain playgrounds like Crazy Park in Frick Park? I've been noticing the uneven surface is making it much more difficult to walk, now that I have some issues with my knee from getting older.
