Hi Neighbors, I've heard from many people about how frustrated they are with the firing range noise. I promise that we share your frustration. The HPCC has worked over the years to address this issue and continue to do so, although it's been an uphill battle as it has not been a priority of past administrations and/or Dept of Public Safety leadership. There is an unfunded short-term plan to do sound mediation, and a long-term plan (15+ years) to build a new facility and close this one. Below are the remaining days/times for scheduled training. Thursday AUG 25 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday Aug 26 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM *If you have complaints, please call the city - the squeaky wheel gets the grease!* 1. Mayor's Office:(412) 255-2626 2. 3-1-1 (all calls to this number are documented so it's important to make these calls so that the city has a record of the complaints) 3. Councilwoman Gross' Office:412-255-2140 4. City Council Online-Feedback form: https://pittsburghpa.gov/council/d7-feedback If there are shots heard after 8:00 PM, we've been told that people should call 911, as it is unlikely to be officer training. -- Click here to visit our website <https://hpccpgh.org/>
