We are bringing back the Greek and Indian classes as well as changing all the menus except for Chinese and Thai. The Chinese and Thai menu selections will remain the same for several years. Since there is a different menu for each month this will enable you to eventually take all 6 of the classes, if you wish. I will be studying Mediterranean and Tuscan cuisine this summer at ICE (Institute of Culinary Education) in NYC and plan on using a lot of their recipes in the fall classes.
