Grout Cleaning/Recaulking Help Needed

Our bathrooms need a little TLC, deep cleaning the grout on the tile floors/walls and replacing some caulk. I got an estimate from a place called The Grout Medic, but I'd like to try and get a competitive bid too. Anyone know of another company/individual who does this professionally?
