Hi neighbors. Several of you asked me to share the results of my efforts in trying to find a competitive bid for cleaning the tile in our bathrooms and recaulking the joints. We originally received a bid from The Grout Medic, a company we have worked with before and who we think does a great job....  I was hoping to find a competitive bid, but the only other suggestion I got was to contact Service Master. While a rep from Service Master promised to schedule someone to come see the project and provide an estimate, it has been a week since I called and no such luck.  We have moved forward hiring The Grout Medic again.
