$150 for 24,000 btu A/C

Neighbors, If your house is hot, I have the answer: I am now offering this excellent Maytag 24,000 btu air conditioner (w/ remote control) for $150 o/b/o. You will need a 220 volt outlet in your house like the one pictured below. We had an electrician install one & it was not a big deal, and well worth it, because this AC cooled down our entire first floor (in a big house). Your dogs will love you for it!! If you want to look at the AC today, it is on my front porch at 5541 Beverly Place, off N. Negley or off King Ave. It is covered w/ a tarp. If you’d like to buy it, bring $150 cash & 2 strong folks to carry. It’s clean & ready to go.
