Neighbors, Our wonderful Maytag 24,000 btu air conditioner (w/ remote control) is still available. I didn’t mention the electrical requirements last week. If you do not already have a 220 volt outlet in your house, you would need to have an electrician install one for this AC. We had this done & it was not a big deal, and well worth it, because this AC was able to cool our entire first floor (in a big house). If you want to look at the AC today, it is on my front porch at 5541 Beverly Place, off N. Negley or off King Ave. It is covered w/ a tarp. If you’d like to buy it, bring $200 cash & 2 strong folks to carry it, because it’s heavy. It’s all cleaned up & ready to go.
