Dear Jill, Thank you for getting this information and sharing it with the rest of us. I am so sorry that they did not live up to their promises. I had a friend who went last week for an 1 hour workout, but because of so many problems with the staff and equipment, it took 3 hours. It was outrageous that they are so inept during their first week! Also, she said they had promised to clean with "green" products, especially in the kids area. Well, now that they are open, no such luck. They don't have much of a future in the East End if they keep on making promises they cannot deliver on. Karen Crow
