This problem is on 920 N. St. Clair St. which KDKA corrected on their 11 o'clock report. The property is a rental and has been a problem for years. the owner fails to maintain it. The owner is listed as PJ Marien and Associates in care of Lacchino Drapery on Baum Blvd.. http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/video/7738947-cockroach-infestation-disrupts-... They have sent someone in to clean it out but does it really have to take a TV story to have someone maintain their rental property? Cheryl
