This problem is on 920 N. St. Clair St. which KDKA corrected on their 11 o'clock report. The property is a rental and has been a problem

for years. the owner fails to maintain it.  The owner is listed as PJ Marien and Associates in care of Lacchino Drapery on Baum Blvd..

They have sent someone in to clean it out but does it really have to take a TV story to have someone maintain their rental property?
