Build up to practicing in the martial arts! Thursdays July 16 - August 20 The Traditional Martial Arts Society will be offering a 6-week program to ease people into martial art training. TMAS will focus on concerns of adults starting for the first time: "I'm not in good enough shape to train"; "I'm not comfortable working with advanced students"; "I don't know how to roll"; "I don't know how to fall"; "I don't want to look stupid"; "I don't want to act inappropriately". Cost of the program is $80 and includes uniform. My son wants to sell his foosball table-Old series in good shape except the scoreboard doesn't work. Everything else is in good condition. I looked on line and found one for $55. Our house on Callowhill was broken into yesterday about 3PM in the afternoon. The intruder cut through the screen of a small bathroom window which was left open. The house alarm went off before anything was stolen.
