The Olga Watkins Band has been working very hard on the new CD entitled "Long Time Coming" (that's for damn sure) and it is almost ready for release. I am cleaning house and have some great items for sale especially for college kids. I have a barely used toastmaster cool touch belgium waffle maker $5.00, assorted pots and pans $2-3 each , a George Foreman grill (The Champ)($10.00), plates some match some don't $1 a plate, girls clothes sizes 4-6 a variety of things are there. My son has an X games bike for sale. Santa brought the bike last year and all was going well until he tried to use the bike for jumping. It is a great bike but it is too heavy for tricks. It is in good condition with a few scratches but otherwise the tires look brand new. It is 27 inches from the ground to the seat. He is asking $55.00 for it. We need a very large tree removed and would appreciate tree remover referrals. I am also listing former contractor advice we have received. We used Mr. Waterheater for our water-heater and were very pleased. I had numerous recommendations for this company. Though note that Mr. Waterheater is not an actual company but a water-heater producing factory that rents out trucks to sub-contractors. So you may not get the same person every time. We used Wolfe Heating and Cooling to have our new furnace installed and was very pleased with Ciaran Wolfe. He was reasonable, professional, returned my phone call very quickly, came when he said he was going to come, was pleasant and did a nice job installing the furnace. He even came back and put in new wiring when the old would have been fine (I did not ask him to do this, he just came back and did it). He also came back very quickly to tighten a tube in the water condenser box (I don't know what it's called its on the floor near the heater) that had a very minor leak. We will use him to install central air when the time comes. I cannot find my list for box gutter repair, but the list was very small. Here is the list of plumbers: Ciullo Plumbing (412-563-4267 Johannsen is a fine plumbing group. Reasonable, prompt, friendly, honest. We’ve used him for 20+ years. I cannot recommend them enough. PLUMBERS FROM THE HIGHLAND PARK LIST: PLUMBER **Bob and Ross Watson (412-969-8620) - this email went on for a page raving about this father and son duo. they'd be the first i'd contact, sounded like old school thoughtful, reasonable plumbers 1. Standard Plumbing on S. Milvale Avenue, (412)621-5579. Used them for about 20 years. Reliable and fair. 2. Leo Pasquarelli did all of the re-plumbing of the gas lines in my house. He did a great job! He is a Master Plumber so not the cheapest. He is a registered plumber who works at UPMC and moonlights on residential jobs. I live on the Northside, but he's done jobs for me at other properties I own in Forest Hills and Mt. Washington. Good, reliable plumber I've used for many years. 8. Andy Stroje 412-496-3267. He is a hard-worker, efficient, respectful and honest. He will do the job right and give you a fair price.

Hello Neighbors - I teach a dance exercise called Zumba and several people in the neighborhood have asked about having a class around here. I'd love to do that, but need to find a good space for it. Wood floors are best, mirrors are nice. Come play frisbee Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm across from the Highland Park swimming pool. All genders/ages/skill-levels welcome! Thiis is a very informal game, but a lot of fun and great exercise. [Highland Park] Radiator cover

Does anyone have a metal house radiator cover to sell; the kind that only covers the top and hangs down a few inches to gives you a flat surface. Our radiator measures 45 inches so it needs to be at least that long but they are usually adjustable and slides open to become longer. I looked at Construction Junction where there are lots of radiators but no covers at the moment. Many thanks. --
