I am moving and would like to sell a Toro Ultra 225 electric leaf blower/vac. I think I bought it in Fall 2006-it works great clearing debris and leaves from areas, vacuuming up leaves and shredding them for mulch. I bought it because it was the only one with metal (as opposed to plastic) blades on the impeller, so if branches or something hard gets sucked up it will not break the blades. I don't see that I will have a use for it, and don't want to move it. It now lists at discount places for about $100-I bought it at Home Depot, and think I paid about $100-will sell for $50 OBO. [Highland Park] Free grasses

It's pretty clear now that we have mis-planted some mis-canthus (specifically miscanthus sinensis ) in our small front yard and need to do some editing. This is tall, fine, ornamental perennial grass that gets maroon tassles in the fall. We'd love to give away our thriving specimens rather than simply destroying these beautiful plants. The grass is free for the digging. It's available immediately and there is a good quantity of it. We're aiming at having it gone, one way or another, over the next 2-3 weeks. You are welcome to dig some or all of it at your convenience and I'll post again when the supply runs out. Due to the numerous responses on both the filing cabinet and the desk: The filing cabinet is on the sidewalk in front of 6339 Glenview Place (off of Heberton)- first come, first serve I will be home tomorrow after 4:30pm and the first person to come with $10 in their pocket can take the desk. [Highland Park] More Hostas!

Hello Neighbors, I seem to be surrounded by hostas. I ripped out all the ivy behind our garage and found 10 hosta crowns. They did grow this year but the chickens ate most of the foliage. These hostas are green and white. If anyone wants one, two or more (there are 10 total), let me know and I'll dig them up and leave them in a garbage bag with your name outside of our house at 915 Farragut St. That way I won't have to coordinate digging, etc. with folks.
