U haul. 3 Kitchen Chairs, $25 each. Nice, sturdy, vintage. (see attached photo, one chair is slightly different from the one in the pic/the other two) U haul. FREE Horizontal dresser (no photo, sorry, but is darker wood). Hi neighbors - Our gas oven is not functioning and we suspect it may be the igniter (the gas still comes to the stovetop burners as normal). Can anyone recommend a local appliance repair company that does good work and doesn't charge exorbitant estimate/labor rates? Thanks, Becky Jackson St.

My name is Rad Sellner and I am looking for general contracting work, days, evenings and/or weekends, in the Highland Park area and surrounding communities. I have about 25 years of experience in almost every aspect of the contracting field. I have experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, building retaining walls/decks, siding and just about anything else. Currently, I am doing exterior and interior painting, remodeling a couple kitchens, tile work on a kitchen floor, a hearth for a pellet stove and fireplaces, decks, interior and exterior trim, laminate flooring and outside steps.
